Lisa’s core strengths of Kindness, Curiosity and Zest motivate her to live with intention and acquire knowledge and skills to grow and expand her positive impact in the world.

Her story begins in Southern California where she was born and raised in a vibrant, open, and kind environment that encouraged appreciation and learning. Her strengths have driven her decisions to explore, from going to college in NYC to studying in Madrid, Spain, working in Cologne Germany, traveling globally, and choosing to live in Europe.

These strengths have also driven her passion for discovery and learning. Lisa holds two Master’s Degrees from IE University, an International MBA from IE Business School, and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Transformation from the IE School of Human Sciences and Technology. Lisa holds an ICF Accredited Knowledge-Based Coaching Certificate, is a certified CDR Assessment provider, and is Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching certified. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York, where she also played Division 1 volleyball. Lisa is a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish and continues to practice her conversational German. She is also accustomed to working in diverse environments and quick to read non-verbal cues.

Lisa’s passion and focus on people and their development has shaped her professional growth and goals. She is an accomplished leader in supporting others on their leadership journey. As Director of Admissions for the full-time programs of IE Business School during a period of international expansion and growth, she crafted classes of global leaders on their development journey and collaborated closely with IE Stakeholders to support the development of the learning experience.

Lisa continued her Leadership Journey, delivering skills development workshops within IE Business School. As her passion grew, she transitioned her professional focus to collaboration within the training space, to impact leaders with skill development training through awareness, knowledge, and practical application. She compliments team development with individual coaching to allow greater depth of impact in leadership development. She is an Executive Coach and holds the ICF Credential, as well as the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and CDR certifications.

Lisa is the founder of Positive Leader and is driven by the opportunity to connect and collaborate in developing Positive Leaders.

Lisa is a mother of two boys, is based in Madrid, and continues to enjoy travel, sports, learning and diverse collaboration. She is passionate about people, supporting them on their leadership journey and is driven by opportunities to broaden her positive impact.
